This gated complex is designed to resemble a Mediterranean village.  Cream-painted apartment blocks flank palm lined avenues and there is a central building finished with stonework, colonnades and terracotta roofs.  The lobby has an Italian country house feel with elegant high backed chairs and dark wood antiques.  It is set just off a main highway ideally located for Walt Disney World Resort.

The pool is set into a large terrace with a lagoon like section to an Olympic length pool.  There is also a children’s pool and large whirlpool bath.  There is a 25 seat movie theatre and a start of the art gym.  In the club house is a fully equipped fitness centre.

The apartments are spacious and bright.  They come with two or three bedrooms and are finished with cream décor and polished wood furniture.  Extras come in the form of cable TVs in the bedrooms and all apartments have balconies so you have your own outdoor space.  Spa services are now offered in the privacy of your own condo or in one of the cabanas in the pool area.

The Tuscana Tavern Bar and Restaurant is open for breakfast take out, lunch and dinner.  Delicious food and reasonably priced menus are available at our pool side restaurant.  Enjoy a tropical drink at our covered open air pub style pool bar.
