Calabay Parc is elegant, stylish and wonderfully located.  The whole area is exciting and vibrant with many attractions and features only a short car ride away.  There is a choice of swimming in the Atlantic Ocean to the east or The Gulf of Mexico to the west and either choice only about an hour away by car. It is located on the west side of Disney with 4 fabulous golf courses within a 5 minute drive.  There is endless theme park excitement at Walt Disney World only a 15 minute drive.

As you drive through the development’s grand entrance it is impossible not to be impressed by the scale and stature of the homes. Gardens and landscaping are mature and the streets are wide, all of which helps to create an established upmarket feel.
