Naples has a long straight sandy beach, beautifully clean water and a number of piers which provide excellent opportunities for fishing. Picturesque shopping districts steeped in history offer a special ambience for strolling, shopping or simply absorbing the relaxed lifestyle for which Naples has become famous.

n recent years this relaxed lifestyle, year round sunshine and easily accessible location (just a 2 hour drive from Miami) has made Naples one of the most popular retirement and vacation home destinations in the USA, demand has been incredible and Naples is rapidly becoming one of the most expensive places to buy property in the whole of America.

As a family destination Naples provides a wealth of fun and entertainment, shopping, dining and golf will keep the adults happy, while Caribbean Gardens (Naples Zoo), a wide choice of parks and recreation areas and airboat excursions into the Everglades National Park are great attractions for the whole family. Marco Island is just a half hour drive south where wide open beaches and tranquil turquoise waters can be found.

We have a wonderful selection of Gold rated vacation homes in the Naples area, all are large, modern executive properties on good sized lots with expansive gardens. The homes are impressive detached residences in very friendly, relaxed, residential communities.

These villas are large, modern executive homes on oversized lots. Guests can expect to be very impressed, these 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom homes are of a particularly high standard, furnishings are all upgraded to an extremely high standard and floor plans are imaginative and spacious. An extra level of personal care and attention has been lavished on these homes, though every home is slightly different, many extra touches have been added to make your vacation experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern appliances. A great level of attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments are all high spec.

The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas, TV and VCR or DVD Player, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second family/sitting area which is a very popular feature with larger groups and families. Leading off from the main living area will be the master bedroom with TV and oversized ensuite bathroom and two, three or four further bedrooms which share at least one, normally two or three family bathrooms.

As it's the long sunny days that attraction the majority of guests to Florida's Gulf Coast, the main focal point of these wonderful homes is always the private swimming pool. All homes have an open outlook from the pool area and back onto water. There are sun loungers and patio furniture and all pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leafs and bugs out of the water.
