West Haven vacation homes comprise six gated communities.  The Sanctuary is the first offering luxury holiday villas in a beautiful conservation setting. The landscaped driveways and lakes surrounding these well designed and spacious villas provide an idyllic location for spotting Florida wildlife. These Communities are located just off HWY54 and Disney World, Orlando being merely 15 minutes drive away.  They are also a short drive from Champions Gates Golf Course

Each of the individual West Haven home communities are gated and have their own individual community pool.  The master clubhouse and master community pool are only just completed. There is also the Champions Gates Complex including a parade of shops, restaurants and a large Publix Supermarket.

The Abbey is situated with its own lake.  The Shire within Champions Gate area is beautifully maintained in a tranquil location. Within the Manor complex is a tennis court and children’s recreations area with a Cabana. The Hamlet overlooks Orange Groves, exotic palm trees and surrounded by beautiful countryside in a private and tranquil setting.  The Green a larger development with convenient access to Interstate 4 just minutes from entertainment shopping malls, dining choices and all main theme parks.  The Sanctuary – a newer community set in a peaceful location.

Major shops and restaurants are located generally in the Champions Gate area with a more extensive choice located 8.4 miles drive to the north.

Many of the individual vacation home rentals come with their own pool, so if needing a pool home rental in West Haven be sure to ask when making a reservation.  Most of the homes are 4, 5 and 6 bedroom and sleep between eight and fourteen people.
