Thanks for your email. We had a lovely time thanks
it all went smoothly.
The Kempinski was super ,apparently the best in
town! I hadn't realised it was a 5 star actually.
The reception area was stunning, the staff and
service was exceptional as was the magnificent
breakfast. The room was quite nice, quite small and
perhaps not in keeping with the rest of the place.
Munich itself was a very nice City with lots to see
and do, very clean and safe feeling.

We have just returned from our holiday, organised by
yourselves, to Orlando, Florida staying at the
Double Trees Resort.
We have had a fabulous time, but what I wanted to
thank you for was the efficient way all our
arrangements were handled, all the correspondance
and emails, the advice, the tickets and just about
everything!
We sahll certainly use your company for all our

Hiya Danny, We all just wanted you to know that we
have all returned from Orlando after having a
brilliant time. US Airways were great only delayed
at Philly on way back but that was due to storms.
The car hire was fab and we all enjoyed the space in
the vehicle. The car hire firm was easy to use and
drop off no problems. We had 2 weeks of 80/90
degrees so its a bit cold for us today and all
secretly want to be back again. Theres rumblings in
the family that we might try Barbados in a couple of
years once weve saved up so you never know we might
be bothering you again !!! Thanks again

Hi,
We have just booked with you for our family holiday
next year to Orlando.
I just want to tell you that Mark has given us the
best customer service (care) that we have received
in a very long time. Firstly he listened to our
needs and provided us with solutions whereas, Virgin
Holidays, Travel City Direct and Ocean didn't. They
all lacked flexibility and poor business sense as
they all lost our booking where Marks service alone
secured the booking.
I can go on and on but I have already started to
recommend you to our friends who also travel to
florida every year.
If it wasn't for Marks service we would have booked
with TCD based on the cost.

Just wanted to say Thank you for arranging what
turned out to be a great holiday even though
circumstances during the holiday were not always
easy (Volcano's and all). Accommodation was

our holiday wasnt very straight forward lol we
changed our minds sooo many times, hotel to villa to
town house, 6 ppl to 3 ppl back to 6ppl, small car
to 7 seater 
but shelley worked with us and made sure we got a

Blaber about our recent trip to the States, could I
just add a personal note of thanks?
Although you dealt only with Paul in the planning
and booking, we discussed everything together and he
copied me in to your e-mails, so I know what a great
job you did in organising the trip to our
specification - and at a very good price!
It was a fantastic holiday; inevitably there were
things we felt we could have done differently with
hindsight (so we will remember those for next time!)
but we had a wonderful time, so thank you for
organising it for us.
I am also recommending you to anyone I know who is
planning a holiday!

Hi Helen,
We've just enjoyed the best family holiday we have
ever had.
Everything went smoothly, from Amy's flight out the
week before, through meeting up in Boston,
travelling to New York, flying down to Orlando and
chilling out on the Gulf Coast. Each of the hotels
you recommended were spot on and the connetions and
other arrangements worked without a hitch.
We packed so much in, I'm glad we dropped Washington
from the schedule as it would have been too much.
Thank you so much for all your help.
With a bit of luck and a large enough bonus, we'll
be in touch next year to plan another adventure!
