Location is the main attraction of the vacation homes at Bass Lake, one of the few modern rental developments on the east side of Disney. The villa estate is located in Kissimmee, just off Highway 192, a few minutes behind Medieval Times and close to the popular Wal-Mart store. This area is very popular with holidaymakers who have been staying in vacation homes for a number of years.

Bass Lake's sweeping entrance combined with lake access, lush landscaping and natural conservation areas provide an ideal setting for those of you looking for a tranquil, countryside setting.

We have a hand picked a selection of 3, and 4 Bedroom homes; all are immaculately maintained and luxuriously furnished. All villas are modern (much newer than most in this area) and the vast majority benefit from oversized lots with spacious lawns at he front and sides.

As with all our Florida rental villas, the actual properties are privately owned and then rented out to provide additional income for the owner. As each villa has a different owner, individual touches and extras have gradually been added to each home. Bass Lake is a medium sized development boasting well over a hundred rental properties, though we haven’t had the opportunity to view every villa on the estate, we feel the homes that we have under contract represent some of the best available. All have been extremely well maintained and represent excellent value.

Private screened swimming pool, large open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, at least 2 bathrooms (3 & 4 Bedroom villas have 2 bathrooms), cable TV, telephone and double garage.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£125 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
