Crescent Lakes is a peaceful vacation home resort located approximately 20 minutes east of the Walt Disney World theme parks. A little further away from the noise and excitement of the major attractions than most of our villa developments, so would suit those of you looking for somewhere to relax in between visits to the parks rather than families heading to Disney, Universal or Seaworld every day.

These large homes are built on the wide-open ranch lands of rural Florida, in fact the construction company that built these villas, Avatar Homes, specifically selected the area for it’s wide open spaces and tranquil, countryside setting.

Despite this being American Bald Eagle country (quite often you’ll see them soar high above), you certainly are not left isolated out in the wild, a few minutes drive a you’ll find a superb selection of family restaurants, small attractions and excellent shopping.

Though the villas at Crescent Lakes are slightly older than most of the extremely modern developments that we feature, the homes are still of an extremely high standard, all have very spacious interiors and all have been immaculately maintained.

The main attraction here is most definitely the surrounding countryside. The natural lakes are bountiful and, despite being just a few miles from a major city and the huge Disney and Universal theme parks, at night there is nothing between your rental home and a billion stars in the sky. No bright city lights or noise here. This is Florida living at it’s very best!

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£125 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
