Emerald Island is rapidly becoming our most in demand villa development. Extremely popular with families, the extensive range of on-site amenities provide endless entertainment for the children while parents can either relax by their own private pool or enjoy a drink at the bar beside the large resort pool.

Another major attraction of Emerald Island is the wide range of vacation homes available to rent. We have invested very heavily in our portfolio of executive pool homes at Emerald Island and now have just over 100 properties under contract, these range from standard 4 Bedroom villas through to huge 7 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom properties with spa and games room.

Emerald Island is located in the highly popular Splendid China area just a couple of miles east of Disney. There are several high-end villa resorts in the area all offering fantastic vacation homes for rental, however, we do feel Emerald Island has that little extra to offer. The villas here are larger than normally found in this area and the range of properties on offer should provide something to suit virtually everyone’s requirements.

Private screened swimming pool, large open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, vast majority with at least 3 bathrooms (most 5 & 6 Bedroom villas have 4 bathrooms, most 7 Bedroom villas have 5 bathrooms), cable TV, telephone.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£125 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
