Marco Island is the largest of the barrier islands within Florida's Ten Thousand Island area which stretches from Marco Island to Cape Sable. This is a sun drenched jewel sitting right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico and offering gorgeous sandy white beaches and a very relaxed and casual way of life.

Amazingly, for an island of just 14 miles square, Marco Island manages to squeeze in virtually everything required for a full and enjoyable vacation. For those just looking to relax and stroll along the beach there is 6 miles of pristine, sandy coastline. On the north side of the island is Tigertail Beach County Park, a huge expanse of sandy beach with a bathhouse, snack bar, children's playground and five boardwalks leading through mangroves. Leading south from Tigertail is South Marco Beach which is a longer, straight, stretch of white sand.

You will also find a wide choice of restaurants including fine dining, well known big chain eateries and smaller locally owned cafes.

A maze of narrow canals leading out the Gulf of Mexico intersect the lanes and boulevards that lead to our luxurious vacation homes, the vast majority of our villas back onto water with a good percentage offering a boat dock at the back of the home. Boating, fishing and watersports are a major part of life on the island and there are numerous local services on offer from boat hire to fishing trips. This waterfront living is what has driven Marco Island property values to incredible levels and has resulted in some pretty incredible homes being built, many of which are offered in our rental program.

For those that do decide to leave the island, then a short drive takes you into the heart of the Florida Everglades where you can take an airboat ride to view the gators and other wildlife in it's natural habitat. Naples is also only a short 30 minute drive away. As a family destination Naples provides a wealth of fun and entertainment, shopping, dining and golf will keep the adults happy, while Caribbean Gardens (Naples Zoo) and a wide choice of parks and recreation areas are great attractions for the whole family

Silver Category Homes

These individually designed, modern, single storey 3 and 4 Bedroom vacation homes provide clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation and boast an exceptional location.

Layouts, locations and designs do vary greatly from home to home, some of the older properties boast amazing waterfront settings and extended pool decks but have a more homely feel with slightly older appliances and traditional, brightly coloured decor and furnishings while more recently built villas won't have the waterside setting but benefit from a much more modern design, high spec appliances and fittings and a more contemporary decor.

All villas are maintained and furnished to a very high standard, guests can expect clean, comfortable accommodation based around an open plan design. The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas and TV, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. Leading off from the living area will be the master bedroom with oversized ensuite bathroom and two or three further bedrooms which share a family bathroom. As it's the long sunny days that attraction the majority of guests to Florida's Gulf Coast, the main focal point of these wonderful homes is always the private swimming pool. There are sun loungers and patio furniture and all pools are screened with a high mesh cage which allows sunlight through but helps to keep leafs and bugs out of the water.

These villas are large, modern executive homes on oversized lots. Guests can expect to be very impressed, furnishings are all upgraded to an extremely high standard and floor plans are imaginative and spacious.

Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern appliances. A great level of attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments are all high spec.

Our Platinum rated Marco Island vacation homes are some of the most luxurious, most elegant vacation homes on the whole Gulf Coast. These 3 and 4 Bedroom villas are slightly larger than the majority of our homes, furnishings are all upgraded to an extremely high standard and floor plans are imaginative and spacious. Every one of these rental properties backs onto one of the interconnecting canals and waterways, add this incredible setting and view to an exceptional level of living accommodation and you have a selection of rental homes that possibly exceed even the exacting standards required to be a Platinum rated property.

Guests can expect a deluxe level of accommodation based around an open plan design with high ceilings, bright, contemporary style decor and modern appliances. A great level of attention and expense has been given to the furnishings and details of the villas, the furniture, appliances, pictures and ornaments have all been hand picked to create a very elegant flow throughout the home.

The main living space is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas and entertainment system comprising of a TV, DVD player and music system, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. There is also a second family/sitting area which is a very popular feature with larger groups and families. There is a master suite with it's own oversized ensuite bathroom and two or three additional bedrooms which share at least one large family bathroom, in the majority of homes the second bedroom will also have it's own smaller ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV and will often have a CD player or radio.

Anglers Cove waterfront condominiums

These spacious 1 Bedroom apartments at Anglers Cove continue to generate huge interest and a very high rental rate primarily due to their exceptional location and extensive range of on-site facilities. Overlooking the Marco Island Marina the resort boasts 2 swimming pools, 3 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts and a riverfront bar and grill. You can walk to various shops and bars, fish from the seawall, scooters and bikes can be rented just outside the resort and boats can be hired next door at the marina.

Our one bedroom, one bathroom condominiums are suprisingly spacious, several are equipped to sleep up to 6 people making them ideal for larger families who need the space but don't want to go as far as a private villa. The main living space is one open plan area consisting of a lounge with sleeper sofa and cable TV, a small dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom features either one king size bed or two double beds and there is a large family bathroom.

Every condo also has it's own private balcony.

South Seas Towers beachfront condominiums

A selection of plush, upmarket apartments spread across two multi storey buildings directly overlooking Marco Island's long sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Guests benefit from exclusive access to two heated swimming pools with extended sun decks with longers, a fitness centre, tennis courts, a fishing dock and private beach access.

We have twenty two bedroom, two bathroom executive condominiums at the South Seas Towers beachfront resort, all are built to an open plan design with a central living room with sofa, chair and cable TV, a family dining area with table and chairs and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has it's own TV and private ensuite bathroom while the second bedroom utilises a large family bathroom.

Every condo has it's own private balcony or terrace.
