This is a wonderful 'resort style' villa development situated approximately 15 minutes drive from the Disney Maingate area, and has rapidly become one of the most sought after locations in Orlando.

As a purpose built vacation resort with a mix of private pool homes and townhouses, guests have to hand a wealth of exclusive activities and amenities all surrounding a huge clubhouse. You can take a dip in the inviting water of the lakeside pool or relax on the sundeck with a drink from the poolside tiki bar. Inside the clubhouse there is a fitness centre and sauna, a business centre with internet access and a video arcade room. For the more energetic there are basketball and volleyball courts and a children's playground. New additions expected early in 2006 are the beauty treatment and health spa, a sundry store and wireless internet service by the resort pool. In our opinion, if you have children in your party then this resort is ideal, there is loads for them to do on-site and the resort pool and playground provides the opportunity to burn off excess energy and meet other children.

These two storey, 3 Bedroom townhomes at the Terra Verde Resort are very modern, spacious, upmarket properties providing ideal self catering accommodation for families and larger parties.

Guests can expect a luxurious level of accommodation based around a split level design. On the ground floor is the main living space which is generally one large open area combining both a lounge with sofas, TV and VCR or DVD Player, a dining area and a generous sized, fully equipped kitchen. Leading off from the main living area will be the master bedroom with TV and oversized ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms which share one large family bathroom.

A very unique and extremely popular feature, of the Terra Verde townhomes is the private courtyard and hot tub to the rear of every 3 Bedroom property. This Mediterranean style feature is access through double patio doors leading from the main living area and provides an perfect area to relax at the end of a busy day at the theme parks, as well as the hot tub is a patio style table and chairs.
